Yes! It is that time for who to follow on twitter. Personally I stay away from "well known" people...why you may be asking...well if they are well known then it is doubtful they are 1) real accounts; 2) speaking from their heart.
All of mine that I am sharing are of course, PRO-ISRAEL, so if that offends, you don't have to accept them or add them.
Some of my personal favorites are:
@CaptainBarakRaz
@RadioTSHUVAfm
@IDFSpokesperson
@Israel
@messianictimes
@JerusalemCenter
@URJ
@AvitalLeibovich
These are just a few of the twitter accounts that I follow.
you can find me @tallgirlrai
Thus I have searched among them for someone who would build a wall or stand in the breach before me to keep me from destroying the land; but I found no one. Ezekiel 22:30

A woman in a Baptist Seminary?!? Can't Be! Who let her in?
Many of my readers are probably from a "Christain" background, and possibly a Southern Baptist denomination. Unlike many of my readers, I have true, Jewish roots in my family tree. I can trace my lineage to the Davidic line of kings. (Preposterous! I hear you...I thought so too!) However, it's true.
Right now I am in Seminary. The hardest lesson I am learning is that there is NO ROOM for females in a Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. I am being made sure that I get this message, because no one has answered my discussion boards, no one has remotely treated me kindly in this class. Yet, that isn't the lesson...I believe wholeheartedly the lesson is "Seminary and ministry aren't about Rachel...they are about Jesus (Yeshua), God and Salvation through the death and resurrection of our savior."
Please continue to pray for me during this time. Learning to not be offended because of my gender has been hard...but also pray that I will continue to grow, so that I can be an effective minister (Rabbi).
COMING SOON: Easter or Passover? A Christian decides!

Twitter...a wonderful social network tool...
One thing that I haven't mentioned is that I am a Twitter-er. I love to Tweet in the defense of Israel. But more than that I love to talk to people about Yeshua (Jesus' Hebrew Name). However, there are some unsavory people on twitter--and for some reason they keep finding my account! But I want to invite you to follow me on twitter at @tallgirlrai and learn more about me; my faith views and the savior I call Yeshua/Jesus.

Rachel tells nutshell family history...
I can't say when exactly my fascination with genealogy started...but I think I was fairly young. My mom often talked about being related to Tom Dula (of Ballad fame). My dad wasn't sure about his family except that his grandfather told him we were Dutch Irish.
No one knew how we were related the Tom Dula, but at the age of 15, I was determined I was finding out...this lead me on a fifteen year journey. When I was 30 I found out exactly how I was related to Tom Dula. I also found out that my dad wasn't "Dutch" at all, rather he was Deutsch (German); but because of the southern accent and mountain twang, my great-grandfather thought Deutsch, meant Dutch.
I found out many things, and one family member gave me lots of trouble...Ellen de Vere. I'd later contact a woman who would tell me that the de Vere's were related to the 13th King of Judah, Jo[a]tham. Making my dad's family descendants of the Tribe of Judah. I wish I could prove this, but I can't, I have to take it on faith--and some really good history books.
So now you know the basics of my family and my roots...

Introduction...
Roots...Its who we are, what we believe and often shapes our future. However, what if everything you believed about who you were is wrong? What if...you dug around in your family's history, their genealogy and found out something amazing? Something that you can't prove one hundred percent, but given the chance, you'd try?
That's what happened to me...and this is my story...my journey of faith.
